Shipping policy

Where we ship

We currently ship only to eligible addresses within the United States. Available destinations and delivery methods are shown at checkout. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Processing times

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing may take longer during launches, sales, or peak holiday periods. You will receive a shipping confirmation when your order leaves our care.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping charges and available services are calculated at checkout. Standard shipping is free on qualifying U.S. orders of $70 or more after discounts and before taxes. Estimated transit times begin after the carrier accepts the package and are not guaranteed.

Tracking and split shipments

When tracking is available, it will be included in your shipping confirmation. Some orders may arrive in more than one package; each shipment may have its own tracking information.

Address accuracy and delivery issues

Please confirm your shipping address before placing your order. Contact us as soon as possible if an address needs to be corrected; changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins. If tracking shows a package as lost, damaged, or delivered but you cannot locate it, email us so we can help you work with the carrier.
