Refund policy

Returns

We accept return requests made within 30 days after your order is delivered. To be eligible, merchandise must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags and original packaging. A receipt or other proof of purchase is required.

To start a return, email gritandgracewesternwear2025@gmail.com with your order number and the item you would like to return. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for purchasing and paying for return shipping. We do not provide prepaid return labels unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except when the return results from our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service because we cannot guarantee receipt of a return shipment.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. Contact us within 7 days of delivery if an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, and include your order number and clear photos so we can make it right.

Exceptions

Final-sale items, gift cards, personalized or custom items, and merchandise that has been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery cannot be returned. For hygiene reasons, opened personal-care items and worn intimate apparel or swimwear are not returnable. These restrictions do not limit any rights provided by applicable law.

Footwear

Please try on boots and other footwear indoors on a clean, carpeted surface. Footwear showing sole wear, scuffs, or other signs of use cannot be returned.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different size or style is to request a return for the original item and place a new order once the return is approved.

Refunds

We will notify you after we receive and inspect your return. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for your bank or card issuer to post the credit. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us.
